Refund policy

At Li + La we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

HOW TO RETURN
Email us at supportlilapaws@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that once processed, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider and may take an additional 3-10 business days. Li + La has no control over your bank's processing time.

WRONG SIZE
If you ordered the wrong size we are happy to help you exchange it. Please email us before sending anything back.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
