Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping — FREE — 3-7 business days via USPS.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number automatically.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Li + La is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please contact us within 7 days at supportlilapaws@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

DELAYS
Li + La is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or weather conditions.
