2. PRODUCTS 
Our headcollars are training aids designed to assist with leash walking. Results may vary depending on your dog's breed, age, and temperament.

 3. PRICING 
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. 

4. SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days. Li + La is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. LIABILITY
Li + La is not responsible for any injuries, incidents, or damages that may occur during use of our products. Always supervise your dog while using our headcollar. Consult a professional trainer for specific behavioral concerns.
